90-Day Warm-or-Refund Guarantee

If your Kilnwear gear doesn't keep you warm, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Worn and washed items are accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at erikharder8166@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Free size exchange

Each order includes one free size exchange. Email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send the new size at no charge.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Power banks

Power banks are covered for defects for 90 days. Because of battery shipping rules, we may ask you not to mail a power bank back; we'll tell you what to do when you contact us.
