Before you order
Does it come with a power bank?
Choose "Vest + power bank" or the gift set and a 10,000mAh power bank is included. The "Vest only" option works with any standard USB power bank you already have.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on the heat level, the power bank and the weather. Low lasts the longest, and a bigger power bank runs longer than a small one.
Can I use my own power bank?
Yes. The vest plugs into a standard USB-A port, the same as most phone power banks. If yours dies mid-winter, any other one works.
How do I wash it?
Unplug and remove the power bank, then hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle in a laundry bag. Hang to dry. Don't tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
Is it safe?
The vest runs on 5V USB power, the same low voltage that charges a phone. Keep the power bank in the zipped pocket and unplug it when the vest isn't in use.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship free with tracking and usually arrive in 6 to 12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
What if it doesn't fit?
Email us and we'll exchange it for another size once, free. Not warm enough or not right for you? Return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
