Free tracked shipping
Every order ships free with tracking to the United States. Canadian shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery: usually 6 to 12 business days after you order
Your vest and power bank ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. During peak holiday weeks, carriers can add a few days.
Holiday orders
For US delivery before December 24, we recommend ordering by December 5.
Customs and duties
Prices include shipping. We aren't aware of extra charges for orders to the US, but if your carrier asks for a duty or fee on delivery, contact us before paying it.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at erikharder8166@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reship it or refund you.
